Garten Hotel - El Zonte

The yoga sessions were refreshing, and the soothing ocean sounds. I especially liked the delicious dishes, such as the octopus and Arroz PROA, which I paired with some excellent wine. One day, we even had live music at sunset. As a traveler who enjoys discovering new cultures, this retreat was nice.

The walk to the main area was not appealing at times and could use some improvement. The breakfast options were somewhat limited and could benefit from more variety.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in El Zonte. The location of the property was stunning, to the area for years. Moreover, it's close to ocean, El Salvador and El Zonte. My room included a safe, TV and a mini fridge bar. The bedroom was separate and had a beautiful view on swimming pool...

Consider requesting the breaded fish with almonds for a good meal that stands out at the hotel.

I had an very nice stay in a beautiful king suite, enjoying amazing ocean views right from my room while being just a short walk from the beautiful black sand beach, making it so easy to explore the fine coastline, relax, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of El Zonte.

Loved the villas and the very nice staff! The outdoor dining area had beautiful views, and everyone was super friendly and helpful!

The walk down to the beach can be challenging,, especially for those with health issues.

The well trained staff guided us on adventures, from hiking the trails to enjoying a private black sand beach. We even danced to live music while watching the sunset! The beautiful ocean views and attentive service.

My kids wished for more dining options nearby.

Had a beautiful king suite with a fine view of the ocean. The pool area is super relaxing, and the beach right in front was perfect for sunset walks. All the staff were kind. Best place for a getaway in El Zonte.

I just had a fantastic stay in a deluxe apartment, enjoying incredible food, especially the salt-baked fish, and unforgettable experiences like surfing lessons! Only downside was the crowded beach pool that made it tough to relax. Would definitely choose this place again!
